Tshirt orders were due July 28th.  If you still need a shirt you can check with the office to see if they have the size you need.

Think experiences: Family, couple, kids, celebratory, local, travel, sports, cooking…  What do you like to do or dream of doing?  Families can go in together to donate a higher value package.  Family requirement is a minimum value of $150.  PLEASE NOTE: due to problems in the past GROUPONS will not be accepted as donations

Donated items can be physical items, services, gift cards (HOPE cards), or monetary donations.  The purchase of an advertisement also counts as a donation.  The family requirement is a minimum of $150.  PLEASE NOTE: due to problems in the past GROUPONS will not be accepted as donations.

When you purchase your tickets you can enter who you want to sit with.  Tables seat 10.  If you do not say who you want to sit with, seats will be assigned to fill tables.  We try to put parents at tables with families in the same class level.

There is not a volunteer requirement this year.  However, we cannot do everything without your help.  Anyone who volunteers for a minimum of one hour, and has their volunteer time verified by Libby, Cathy, or Mrs. Smith, will be entered into a drawing for $300 in HOPE cards.  This prize will also count towards the winners’ family HOPE requirement.  Use the Volunteer link at the top of the page to sign up.

Also, there will only be two silent auction sections: (1) Almost Live, School, & Classroom Projects and (2) Silent Auction.  Both sections will close at 8:30.  As items are donated they will be viewable on the website.  Come back often so you can build your shopping list!

As soon as we have a link for the special hotel rate it will be updated at the top of the screen.  If you opt to use another discount site please note on your reservation that you are attending the St. James School Auction.
